Organic Chemistry is a whole flow. Thus, I would strongly recommend to get the Package of Class 11 and Class 12 Organic Chemistry as their is a strong continuity in the notes.

These Organic Chemistry notes are unique and I have failed to find a book that could replicate so smoothly the flow of the notes that were made by me for Organic Chemistry.

Class 11 is mainly the basic - so focus on IUPAC, Isomerism and GOC. The reactions of hydrocarbons are best understood by understanding the mechanisms. All orders and exceptions are provided in IUPAC and it will help you solve almost any question on IUPAC and isomerism. GOC is organized into two parts - part 1: which includes basic knowledge of the electronic effects and orders. Part 2 includes the reaction mechanisms including substitution, addition and elimination. Hydrocarbons mainly deal with electrophilic addition reactions.

5.  Hydrocarbons - It's okay if you don't understand this here; we'll repeat this in our Class 12 notes.
